I COULD HAVE BEEN A FOOTBALLER...BUT I HAD A PAPER ROUND.

British telly's most famous tash? OK, he's certainly cooler than Poirot though.
Yosser Hughes, worker, grafter, headbutter, father of three, someone who just wanted to be noticed, all round champion of the people. A man with a simple goal in life, longing for an honest living and supporting his kids in Thatcher's bleak 80's Britain which eventually sent him around the twist.
One of the first graphics we ever put on a t-shirt was the face of Yosser Hughes (Bernard Hill) from televisions The Boys from the Blackstuff by Alan Bleasdale. Today sees a better re-interpretation. He looks like Souness (and Magnum) but he's one of a kind is Yosser, look out for him, give him some work, just don't shake his hand or he'll lay you out like Tarmac. Tar, la... OUT NOW CD
